You will be able to work synergistically to implement service transformation in these areas and improve performance and the experience of those who access our services.

In addition, as part of the extended leadership team, this role provides an exciting opportunity to be an active member of the team, roll up your sleeves, build strong partnerships and influence every aspect of Oxfordshire County Council.

If you have experience of leading governance services across complex organisational and political context; technical knowledge of the election cycle and can demonstrate evidence of systems transformation: digital, organisational and cultural change. We would like to hear from you.
