Aspire Community Benefit Society provides care and support services to adults with a learning disability. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise with the purpose of enhancing the quality of the lives of the people we support. Putting people at the heart of everything we do, we empower them to be as independent as possible. We support people to build on their strengths and encourage them to play an active part in the communities in which they live, taking advantage of all the opportunities offered by living in the diverse and vibrant city of Leeds. We support people with a wide range of additional support needs including physical disabilities, complex needs, behaviours that challenge, sensory impairments and people on the autistic spectrum.

We seek someone who can build on our values, demonstrate passion and energy for continuing to deliver excellence and quality, and be excited for the future; taking an innovative and creative approach to how we shape our strategy to meet the needs of the people we support. You will lead an able, experienced, motivated and forward-thinking senior management team. You will join a compassionate organisation which is centred on providing the very best care and support services.

You will ideally have a background in health and social care with experience or empathy with the third sector. You will either be an existing Chief Executive looking to join an organisation with sound foundations and much potential, or someone ready to make their first step into the such a leadership role. Experienced in delivering complex services and comfortable with the ambassadorial elements of the post, you will have the drive and determination to take us on to the next stage of our development. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.
