We are a specialist provider of quality housing and support services, with eleven residential care communities for older people and two residential communities for homeless young people across England. Financially strong and committed to remaining independent, we are looking for a Chief Executive to enable the strategic development of all our core service areas, delivering positive change and shaping our direction over the coming years.

An influential and tenacious leader, you will be a practicing Christian with a strong alignment to our ethos and values. You’ll bring strategic leadership experience from complex, customer focused organisations and a passion for developing people. You’ll have the opportunity at Keychange to work with a highly committed Board of Trustees and team, helping us build even stronger partner relationships to provide care and support for some of society’s most vulnerable groups.
