We are now recruiting for a new Board Member and Chair of our Group Remuneration and Appointments Committee. As an organisation we are working through a significant transition at leadership level. Late last year we welcomed our new Chair of the board and throughout 2021 we were joined by a number of new board and committee members. Early this year our new CEO will take up their post. The Chair of GRAC is critical in supporting our continued focus on people. Diversity and Inclusion continues to be a priority for us, as well as making sure Hyde develops future skills to meet the challenges ahead and retain our great talent.
Hyde is an organisation that aims to continue to focus on the customer and provide excellent services against a backdrop of significant challenges in the sector. It is an exciting time to join us. Hyde and the social housing sector are experiencing substantial change and you can help shape this. We are particularly interested in attracting HR experts with senior executive or non-executive level experience. Ideally you will have worked in large, complex and highly regulated businesses. We are looking to attract high calibre individuals who can bring a blend of professional and strategic skills to ensure that we achieve our mission and continue to mark us out as a key influencer in our sector.
