Reporting to the Executive Director of Property, this is a newly created and significant leadership role with considerable potential for organisation-wide impact. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll provide strategic and motivational leadership to a team of circa 440, leading the development and delivery of a sector-leading repairs and maintenance strategy. You’ll work collaboratively with a broad range of colleagues to further develop our services, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.

You’ll bring a strategic approach to implementing new ways of working to ensure that we constantly improve the quality of our services. With a relevant career background in property maintenance, you’ll evidence significant change and transformation experience from a commercially focused environment which encourages innovation and challenge. We are looking for a results driven, ambitious and energetic leader who will ensure that we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
