Our Operations Director for Learning and Development Services is new role and a unique opportunity to join NHSP at a time of significant development for our business. We are building on the Learning and Development Services that we offer to our staff and customers and are well positioned to establish ourselves as a market-leader in the provision of flexible workforce development.  Our Operations Director will create the overarching function for the delivery and quality assurance of our significant services that deliver education and training.  This role presents an ambitious and capable operational leader with the rare opportunity to be instrumental in building our delivery model for our Learning and Development services from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing complex operation models that manage, create, and deliver learning and development services at a national and international scale.

We are seeking an effective and entrepreneurial leader; passionate about delivering high quality services and with the creativity, pace and drive to lead and development our Learning and Development services as a holistic function. Bringing a track record of proven operational delivery of training services, you will share our commitment to strong client relationships and to creating solutions that support workforce requirements at a critical time for health and care services.  Inspiring and motivating your teams, you will quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders and ensure the continued quality and commercial improvement of these high potential and high profile services and solutions.  Developing and supporting the workforce of the NHS has never been more important and this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills to make a difference to those who provide ongoing high quality patient care for our populations.
