Reporting to the Director of Property Maintenance, this is a business-critical role to ensure that we meet our legal requirements in relation to maintenance and servicing programmes for gas, electrical, water hygiene, solid fuel, lifts and lifting equipment. Responsible for leading the development and delivery of a high quality strategy and overseeing a £12m budget, our new Associate Director will also inspire a team of circa 170 which includes the support services required to deliver on all compliance and maintenance programmes.
