We now have an opportunity to join us as our new Head of Development, reporting to the Executive Director of Growth & New Business. This is a key leadership role requiring a proactive and innovative individual to oversee the delivery of our new development programme, which features a range of construction methods - including modular and passivhaus - in order to create sustainable, low-carbon homes. Responsible for the day to day running of the development department, the role involves building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and contributing strategically to the Senior Management Team to help deliver our overall business objectives and vision.

Experience of delivering major development or regeneration programmes is essential, as is knowledge of relevant construction related legislation. With excellent communication and leadership skills, you’ll inspire and create a rewarding, empowering culture where colleagues thrive and develop. A strong influencer and negotiator, your insight into leading development programmes will be highly valued within our organisation.
