We’re recruiting a chair to provide high-level leadership to our board of directors and council of governors, a leader who shares person centred values and has a passion for continuous improvement.

Providing community, mental health, dementia and learning disabilities services to the half a million people who live locally and a similar number of visitors in summer, the role of chair won’t be without its challenges.

It has already been a tough 16 months for the NHS, and it’s been no different here in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Of course, being Great Britain’s most southerly peninsula with our small, rural and diverse communities makes us unique. If you don’t already live here, we can also offer sun, sea, arts, culture, world class food, and quite a bit of Cornish mizzle.
