The role of Director of Performance is a crucial one for the Trust, supporting our Chief Operating Officer across the planned care portfolio and providing leadership of Trust operational delivery in partnership with triumvirate teams and executives. Leading on delivery of the Trust's core performance and quality standards relating to cancer, diagnostics and elective care, they are also responsible for COVID recovery across these areas and the development and delivery of our annual plan. The role works in partnership with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally and will lead on key strategic changes to our care model care both internally and as part of the Frimley ICS and beyond.
With extensive experience of leadership and senior management experience in a complex acute care provider, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing substantial service change and redesign with experience of performance management improvement. We’re looking for someone who is thorough yet adaptable, committed to high standards and an active team player, politically astute and able to communicate at all levels, but most importantly someone who shares our values.
