The Hyde Group
Hyde is one of the largest and top performing housing associations in England and we own or manage 50,000 homes in London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, the East of England and the East Midlands.
Hyde has a rich history, one that we are proud of. Our focus is now on the future and we are excited and inspired about what this holds for Hyde, the social housing sector and our customers. When we launched our 30-year strategy in April 2020, we put a stake in the ground: we want to create a truly customer-driven organisation and to provide modern, energy efficient and safe homes that meet people’s needs in the long term. Our strategy is about recognising the role we can play in improving people’s life chances and creating social value for individuals, communities and society as a whole. To realise our ambitions, we have to adapt and change our homes, adopt new ways of working and financing but we will not lose sight of our vision to provide a great home for everyone.
We are now recruiting for our new CEO, a very special and unique opportunity. Our focus and priority is to continue to drive excellent customer service against a backdrop of significant challenges in the sector. We want to continue to forge valuable partnerships to ensure we as a business and the sector keeps an eye on the future and we will invest in, and use technology to deliver our customer’s needs. We will continue to build high quality homes and we will focus on business growth, all with the purpose of creating value for customers, communities and society.
As the CEO of Hyde you will be an innovative, talented and ambitious individual. You will bring excellent leadership skills, create a culture and environment of inclusivity, fairness and customer focus and have a solid track record of working in large and complex organisations. Our leader must have an ambition to do more for customers. You will be a natural collaborator, an excellent communicator and lead with enthusiasm and passion to get things done and move our agenda forward. In return we offer the opportunity to join one of the most ambitious and innovative organisations in our sector, with a highly committed board and colleague group.
