This role is integral to achieving those aims. Deputising for the Chief People Officer, it will work across the Trust to ensure that our People and OD service is flexible and responsive to our colleague’s needs. Leading the strategic HR and OD function within the Trust and working with stakeholders across the system to develop our capability, it is responsible for ensuring our people have the best experience possible in the NHS.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional from a large and complex organisation. Experienced in building relationships across organisational boundaries, we want someone ambitious for our staff and our patients, putting them at the heart of all the work they do. Previous NHS experience is not a necessity, but candidates will need to understand what it means to work in a complex public sector organisation such as our Trust, and with values that match our own.
