Our newly appointed Chief Executive has a clear vision to build an Executive Management Team of exceptional leaders working collaboratively to deliver on the exciting and challenging ambitions in Plan A. We have designed a new leadership structure aligning the responsibilities of these new Executive Director posts to deliver the optimal conditions for our future success.

You will be the lead on all people related matters and will lead our business teams in People, IT and Governance to provide the highest standards of professional support that enable the business to meet the challenges ahead.
