As one of the largest and top performing housing associations in England, Hyde Housing Association owns or manages about 50,000 homes in London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, the East of England and East Midlands.  The homes that we build, as well as the ones we already own, include those for shared ownership, social rent, outright sale and private rent.  Hyde Housing Associations is a not-for-profit organisation but our family of companies, which makes up the Hyde Group, includes charities and profit-making subsidiaries.  The money that we make is used to build more homes for those excluded from the market.

We are looking to recruit an innovative, talented and ambitious individual to lead our Development & Sales Department and deliver our ambitious plan. You will drive the delivery of exceptional standards within the Development & Sales Department. Our Development and Sales Director will proactively promote and represent Hyde with existing and prospective partners capitalising on our market-leading position within the housing sector and beyond to develop and realise new opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer and with regular interaction at executive and board level this role will take the lead in contributing to Hyde’s strategic agenda when it comes to development delivery.

You will bring excellent leadership skills, be innovative in your approach and have a solid track record of working in large and complex organisations with a focus on the delivery of development projects. You will be a natural collaborator; an excellent communicator and you will have an enthusiasm to get things done and move our agenda forward.
