We are looking for an exceptional, ambitious and skilled Director to join us and lead our Housing and Customer Services, helping us achieve our ambition of being nationally recognised for excellence, but much more importantly delivering brilliant services for the people of Doncaster.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be a key member of our supportive Executive Management Team, positively impacting through organisation-wide leadership and strategic planning. With responsibility for our tenancy, estates, housing options and customer services, you will provide expertise and inspirational leadership with a focus on service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation.
You will ensure we get closer to our customers and help us deliver the value for money Doncaster people expect, whilst not compromising on quality. This is Yorkshire after all!
As a results driven housing professional, with a successful track record of leading housing management services, your expertise will ensure that our teams deliver a customer experience recognised as amongst the best in the sector. You’ll also bring excellent collaborative and partnership skills, so those challenging issues such as managing homelessness post pandemic are successfully addressed.
