Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the main provider of specialist mental health and learning disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist services across York, the Yorkshire and Humber region, and some highly specialised national services. Our vision is to provide outstanding mental health and learning disability services as an employer of choice. We offer services across the region, and in a variety of locations, including community, supported living and inpatient care to people with a learning disability, inpatient children’s services in York and secure services for Leeds and York.

Our Estates and Facilities team play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care, in environments that allow a positive experience for both our service users and staff. To ensure we continue to deliver an estate that is fit for purpose and aligned to the Trust’s strategic objectives we are seeking an inspirational Transformation Director to lead an ambitious programme of change within the department.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a track record of developing high performing, customer focussed teams. You will have expertise in a broad range of business change activities and be skilled in working with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver collaborative improvements in service delivery. While experience of estates and facilities is desirable, we are also interested to hear from those who can evidence the delivery of successful and sustained cultural change and performance improvement in similarly complex environments.
