Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust
Barnet, Enfield & Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH), is a multiple award-winning, combined mental health and community Trust providing local, regional and national healthcare services. We are one of the largest employers in North London, with over 3,000 staff delivering a range of mental health and community services to a population of over one million. We put our service users, staff and community at the heart of everything we do.
In the context of the changing healthcare landscape, in particular the national move towards integrated care, we are proud of the steps forward we are making to ensure this approach to physical and mental wellness is a reality for the populations we serve. In Enfield, we provide a full range of child and adult community health services which we are busy integrating with our mental health services to ensure seamless, holistic care to those within the community who access our services.
The role of Managing Director - Enfield Community Health Services presents an exciting opportunity for an individual to shape the future of our service portfolio. It is a role which has engagement and partnerships at its heart. Partnerships based on mutual trust and ambition with others in our system, together with the engagement and empowerment of our staff will underpin our ability to drive innovation in service delivery and shape new ways of working. We are seeking an individual able to enthuse others around the vision of true integration by proactively contributing at a system and local level in order to take forward new ideas and innovation and provide leadership internally which champions the capabilities of our people.
We are looking for an experienced, values-driven senior leader who can inspire collaboration and innovation across a plethora of stakeholders including those within primary and acute care, commissioners and the wider community to develop services, lead sustainable change and drive continuous improvement. We need someone who brings a good understanding of the NHS including national agendas and initiatives and the priorities and challenges present within a service environment comparable to that of BEH. With a track record of increasing staff engagement and motivation to improve performance, the appointed individual will engage and inspire staff to strive for excellence through innovation.
We are committed to supporting healthy lives and healthy communities through the provision of excellent integrated mental and community healthcare. If you are inspired by our ambition and possess the experience to help us realise our vision, we’d love to hear from you.
