We are looking for an exceptional, ambitious and skilled Director to join us and lead our Property Services directorate. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll be a key member of our Executive Management Team, positively impacting through organisation-wide leadership and strategic planning. With responsibility for the development and delivery of our asset investment strategy, and management of our repairs and maintenance services, you’ll provide inspirational leadership with a focus on service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation.

You will also ensure the highest health, safety and compliance standards and drive cultural change so that we are at the cutting edge of delivering on the Building Safety Bill & Fire Safety Bill agenda, as well as complying with statutory property compliance. In addition, you’ll lead the development, implementation and delivery of a new five-year Asset Management and Environmental Strategy.

As a results driven property professional, with a successful track record of leading building, property or maintenance services, your expertise will ensure that our teams deliver a customer experience amongst the best in the sector. You’ll also bring insight into managing multi-million pound capital programmes, delivering projects on time and within budget.
