This is a significant leadership role at Beyond Housing and the potential for organisation-wide impact is considerable. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll provide strategic and motivational leadership to a team in excess of 350, leading the development of a new target operating model and experience for the repairs and maintenance service. Responsible for a budget of circa £20m, you’ll work collaboratively with a broad range of colleagues to further develop our services and ensure that every project meets our high quality standards, is on schedule and within budget.
