We are committed to utilising technology and introducing innovative best practices to improve the customer experience. You will provide strategic and inspirational leadership to a team in excess of 150, ensuring that the development of a multi-channel customer service experience is constantly improving and meeting customer expectations and outcomes.

You’ll bring to us extensive leadership experience from a digital, self-serve customer contact environment, and of leading teams through positive change initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll strike a balance between visionary and hands-on leadership styles, bringing your passion for utilising technology to improve every step of the customer journey. Having progressed your career in forward-looking customer businesses, your strong partnership working and relationship management skills will be valued in a role where your potential for impact is considerable.
