AGH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust a hospital and community services trust based outside Keighley in West Yorkshire. We are proud of our NHS heritage, and to be supporting Airedale’s clinical services. We provide a wide range of facilities management, estates and procurement services to clients within and beyond the NHS. We are a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial business established in 2018 upon strong foundations. At this critical time in our development we are seeking a new Finance and Commercial Director to work closely with our Managing Director and our Board in leading the development of our company, ensuring a sustainable and thriving business whose growth aligns with our four key values; our people, sustainability, quality and finance. The role has a broad remit taking a lead in driving profitable growth, raising our profile and seeking further opportunities for us to develop, expand and improve our services to existing clients as well as mobilising new business ventures. They will take the lead in assuring robust financial, risk and governance processes are in place that meet our statutory, contractual and service requirements.
We are seeking an innovative and ambitious leader who is comfortable with a broad portfolio and can drive forward our business strategy whilst building on our reputation. Creating a culture that empowers staff to embrace new ways of working you will help us to achieve our growth potential and our aim to provide high quality, sustainable services aligned to the needs of existing customers and emerging markets. NHS experience is not essential, we are interested in your fresh commercial perspective, strong financial acumen, experience of driving successful, ethical business growth and your understanding of the range of services that we provide.
