One Manchester is moving forward at pace as we build thriving communities and help people learn, manage their money, launch successful businesses and improve their employability.

This is a very exciting time to join us. With strong relationships in place across Greater Manchester, this is an opportunity to deliver our current development strategy and help shape our direction by transforming One Manchester’s approach to future growth programmes. Providing vision and inspirational leadership to our experienced development and asset management teams, you’ll drive efficiencies and best practices across the business, creating a modern, progressive function based on sound commercial disciplines.

You can have a real impact on our future direction and we’ll provide you with an excellent platform to continue progressing your career. We are looking for a strategic leader with considerable ambition and experience of managing large scale development programmes and organisational change projects. Results focused and with strong commercial skills, you’ll bring exposure to a wide range of complex development models including land-led schemes and joint ventures. As a highly collaborative leader, you’ll be a key member of our Executive Leadership Team as we develop and deliver our core business strategies.
