Salvation Army Housing Association is a leading provider of residential centres, foyers, supported accommodation, and move-on housing for single & homeless people in the UK.

We work to transform the lives by providing solutions to homelessness and enabling customers to develop their own potential.

We are a wholly controlled subsidiary of The Salvation Army and have grown into a specialist provider of support and accommodation across England. Our residents and service users are diverse and include homeless people and families, people recovering from drug/alcohol issues, young mothers, elderly requiring support, and families fleeing domestic violence, ex-offenders and people with learning disabilities or mental health issues.

We are now looking to recruit to the new role of Executive Director of Operations to support us in continuing to deliver on our corporate strategic objectives and strengthen the great work we do in making a difference in people’s lives

This is an integral role on our senior management team, you will take the lead across our core housing operations, asset management, repairs, investment and safeguarding. We are seeking an individual who isn’t afraid to take tough decisions whilst working collaboratively with other teams across the organisation, our partners and parent company – all with the aim of driving efficiency and delivering unsurpassed customer, vital housing and support services.

We want to hear from ambitious professionals, who see no limits to what we can achieve – individually and collectively. Applicants for this role will need to be open to dealing with the real issues, to new ways of solving problems, to other points of view, to the benefits of adopting best practice from others, and have a clear desire and commitment to delivering in social housing.

If you would like more information or for a confidential discussion, please call our advisors Rosie Gunn on 0207 426 3998 or Tim Hills on 0113 205 6085.
