At Stockport Homes Group we are passionate about helping to transform our customers’ lives. Alongside managing homes across Stockport, we have grown and diversified our services through our trading company ‘Three Sixty’ and a development company ‘Viaduct’. In 2019, we also established ‘Foundations Stockport’, a community benefit society which aims to alleviate poverty and provide positive opportunities for our communities. We were incredibly proud to have been ranked first in this year’s Sunday Times ‘Best not for profit organisation to work for’, and our CEO was named as the ‘Most People Focussed CEO’ by HR Magazine.
Our future is extremely positive, and we are now looking for an ambitious strategic leader to join us in a newly created role to lead the Group’s business growth, transformation and diversification programmes. Delivering sector-leading performance is essential, and as such you’ll take the lead in identifying and maximising new business and change opportunities across each of our Group companies. Partnering with an extensive range of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll also empower and inspire our business development, business transformation and marketing & communications teams.
This is a career enhancing opportunity to influence a fast-paced and highly ambitious Group. Engaging, collaborative and creative, you’ll bring a strategic approach to business planning and growth initiatives, along with significant change and transformation experience. Results driven, and with a successful track record of building sustainable relationships, you’ll bring the enthusiasm and energy to ensure that our Group achieves its considerable potential.
