Ping Europe
The PING brand is quite simply unique; as an organisation, it remains family owned and the creative, supportive and incredibly loyal culture it has developed is something quite striking when encountered. With a reputation for being the first to offer custom built golf clubs, the success of PING’s worldwide offer has been significant and at the European facility in Gainsborough it builds clubs for the UK, European, Middle East and South African markets.
Ping Europe Ltd is looking to recruit a new Head of HR for its business, based at the headquarters in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Managing a small team, you will play an influential part in enabling the business to deliver the ambitious strategy across the UK and Europe by getting the best out of our people. You will work across the whole organisation, which includes the HQ in Gainsborough, the local Ping-owned Thonock Park golf facility, the creative apparel office in Cheadle, Manchester, as well as the European-based employees in Ireland, Switzerland and the Netherlands, to ensure that all HR activities are consistent, compliant, focused and have the greatest possible impact on our business.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with the ability to work both individually and collaboratively in an organisation of our size and who can create a true HR business partner approach to working with fellow managers. The ideal candidate will understand that relationships are critical to successful outcomes and will be energised by operating in a dynamic and culturally strong organisation. You will be a strong communicator with the style and ability to gain the trust of staff and managers at every level across the organisation.
