Through our alliance with North Yorkshire County Council and our local CCG we provide adult community services which are being managed in an integrated way with adult social care services.

It is an exciting time to join ‘#teamHDFT’.  We are in the process of refreshing our strategic direction to develop more networked acute services, to develop stronger partnerships with primary care and to change our model of care for older people.  Simultaneously we wish to increase our leadership effort and clinical focus on health and wellbeing of our staff and our population, and this post offers a great opportunity to further develop and refine our clinical strategy.

We’d love someone who is passionate for improvement and who will be an outstanding role model in the delivery, development and transformation of services.  You will also champion and promote our values in addition to kind, civil and respectful behaviours between colleagues.

You should have a minimum of three years experience in a medical leadership role, and should demonstrate the ability to combine strategic thinking, a track record of inspirational leadership with evidence of day to day delivery and improvement.
