We are delivering a balanced budget for this year and are investing in innovation and partnerships across our services.

Assistant Director Education Partnerships & Skills
This role leads our Education Partnerships and Skills service, with an ambition to meet schools’ requirements and unite local and national stakeholders. Our aim is to raise education and skill attainment for every child. You will be essential to delivering the ambition in our County Plan and our Children’s and Young People’s Plan.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in education leadership and raising standards. You will be able to demonstrate innovative, visible leadership and deliver strategic vision focused on strong performance management. Working with a variety of partners, you will demonstrate your ability to positively infl uence and negotiate to deliver successful outcomes. You would be joining a rapidly improving children’s services team at a challenging but exciting time.
