£137,500 plus benefits
15 May 2020
We are the largest housing association in the North East and amongst the 25 biggest nationally - but we’re much more than just a landlord. With a turnover of £180 million and 34,000 homes, we are a caring landlord and housing developer which invests in our neighbourhoods, making a major contribution to regeneration. As a social purpose business offering a range of services, our vision is to provide homes, support and opportunities to grow.
This is a key leadership role in an organisation which has considerable strength, capacity and ambition. It’s an exciting time to join us - we will be building thousands of new homes over the next few years and investing extensively into improving our existing homes. We are proud to offer properties to rent, buy outright or part buy, so that our customers can thrive in the neighbourhoods we’re investing into. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive, you’ll also work in close partnership with the Board and Executive Directors, having a major impact on key organisation-wide issues.
Due to the current post-holder moving to another role within Thirteen, we are looking for an energetic and inspiring financial leader who is team focused and who’ll ensure we continue moving forward at pace. Regardless of your sector background, you’ll bring a positive and results focused approach, along with best practice from organisations of comparable scale and complexity. We are deeply passionate about what we do at Thirteen, so if you share our ambitions and values then your career will continue to progress in our supportive environment which is centred on customers, communities and improvement.
