Assistant Director Commissioning & Performance
Leading and directing the commissioning and performance arrangements across all children and learning activities, your expertise and strong management will drive performance and commissioning in line with the Council’s priorities.
You will demonstrate senior strategic experience, along with the knowledge and execution of the development and delivery of service plans. A track record of successful partnership working, including leading multi-agency groups and projects, with positive outcomes is essential. Experience of community engagement and customer feedback to shape and inform improved customer services is key. You will operate equality and diversity measures in the local commissioning and delivery of services.
