We are a committed to appointing a further Non-Executive Director to join the Board to assist us in successfully delivering the planned transformation to create an organisation focused on delivering truly integrated and innovative services.

You will be joining us at a time of significant transformational change. Ours is an organisation in its infancy, committed to building on the strong legacies of the two merged Trusts whilst working inclusively and collaboratively with our staff, our patients, their carers and our wider system partners to actively seek ways to improve our services and deliver better outcomes for the communities we serve. 

As a Non-Executive Director you will bring independence and an external perspective, ensuring constructive challenge and scrutiny on our current and future business plans; and support to the development and harmonisation of our internal governance, structure and culture.

With a track record of operating at Board level (either as an Executive or a Non-Executive Director) within a comparably large and complex organisation, you will be able to evidence sound judgement and possess a clear understanding of governance. We are specifically seeking those individuals able to evidence strong Business/Social Enterprise/Commercial experience with a track record of leading innovative organisational transformation. 

We are particularly keen to develop the diversity of our Board and would encourage applications from those individuals who represent all protected characteristics; and in particular from LGBTQ+ and disabled candidates.
