As the Assistant Director of Change Management and Regulatory Services you will set the vision and direction of our people focused Change Management Strategy and develop the future vision for our Regulatory Services aligned to our Corporate Plan whilst providing leadership to the teams within your portfolio.  You will help us move from a traditional service-based structure to a borderless and flexible way of working that is fundamentally aligned to our themes of Our Council, Our People and Our Place. Whatever your background you will have successfully led significant change programmes to improve service delivery and efficiency, while delivering highly effective customer focused services that are innovative and responsive in our ever changing environment, as well as the desire to shape and deliver our ambitions.
