With more than 6,000 homes and 260 dedicated team members, Tai Calon Community Housing is the largest social housing landlord in the Blaenau Gwent County Borough. Much more than a social landlord, we are one of the area’s largest employers and an anchor organisation working alongside a range of partners delivering improved economic and social well-being outcomes. Having invested over £120 million in our homes, we have recently commenced our new-build programme and we are developing an ambitious five-year Corporate Plan.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a pivotal and broad-ranging leadership role which will enable us to achieve our strategic priorities and growth. You will provide inspired leadership to our finance, business improvement, IT, HR, procurement and governance teams to deliver high quality, professional services. It’s an exciting time to join us and an opportunity to have a huge impact, helping us to build on our many recent successes.

As a qualified accountant with a commercial approach, you’ll bring to us considerable energy and drive along with a track record of improving performance in a regulated environment. An experienced strategic leader, you’ll be creative, innovative and challenging and help us identify new opportunities for improved community outcomes.
