As one of the UK’s leading social housing providers we are committed to the continued modernisation and innovation of our services. The way in which we interact with our customers, engage with our partners and how we meet our environmental objectives drive what we do and are at the very centre of our success. With a large, dispersed geography and a portfolio of over 32,500 homes supporting 70,000 customers, the Executive Director Assets at Stonewater is a significant role for us in what is a very exciting but challenging time for the housing sector.
As the new Executive Director, you will be responsible for circa £1.8 billion of assets. We want you to lead our approach to working with our delivery partners to continue to deliver high quality property services and to change what have been traditional contractor / client relationships, to ones which truly recognise that value of creating long-term strategic partnerships. We also want you to help us deliver on our environmental objectives; ensuring that all our new build developments are carbon free from 2023 and maximising the benefits from environmental innovations as we invest in our existing stock. We are looking for an individual who has experience of operating at a senior level, managing maintenance, repairs and asset management services and has a track record of delivering innovative, high quality property services to a broad range of customers.
This is a vital role in our organisation, and as our new Executive Director of Assets you will bring the passion, energy and innovation required to help drive Stonewater’s continuing success. If you want an informal confidential discussion please contact Simon Wing on 020 7426 3976, Tim Hills on 0113 205 6085, or Rosie Gunn on 020 7426 3998.
