With people at the heart of everything we do, our new Chief Executive will ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes through an empowering and inspirational leadership style. Financially strong and committed to remaining independent, we are looking for a Chief Executive to enable the strategic development of all our core service areas, delivering positive change and shaping our direction over the coming years.

An influential and tenacious leader, you will be a practising Christian with a strong alignment to our ethos and values. You’ll bring strategic leadership experience from complex, customer focused organisations and a passion for developing people. You’ll have the opportunity at Adullam to work with a highly committed Board and team, helping us build even stronger partner relationships to provide care and support for some of society’s most vulnerable groups.
