Paradigm Housing Group is one of the South-East’s leading housing providers, managing 15,000 homes across 34 local authorities. Headquartered near Beaconsfield, we are both a charity and a Registered Provider of social housing, employing over 400 people. We have a clear and ambitious view of where we are as an organisation and where we need to get to, harnessing the benefits of digital transformation to deliver better outcomes for our customers and an enhanced working experience for our staff.

This is a very exciting time to be joining Paradigm; we have a substantial development and sales programme and we are making the most of our many opportunities in a challenging but rewarding environment. Our objective is that Paradigm should be an exemplar organisation in our sector. We have ambitious plans for growth based on establishing a sound commercial and financial footing and driving efficiency and best practice across the business, all underpinned by a sound and considered investment in the technology that will enable us to achieve our strategic objectives.

We have an ambitious plan for our future and have recently commenced a business review to determine what is the right business systems platform to drive and support plans for our future growth. We are looking for a new member of our group board to support us in delivering this key piece of system review work. The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate expert skills and experience to critically assess the business case for the systems review and thereafter to provide guidance and scrutiny to any approved procurement and implementation project.

It is a great opportunity to join us, we are looking for someone who can bring a blend of professional and strategic skills that will ensure that we realise our vision - to make the very best use of our resources so we can provide new affordable homes and a fair deal for existing residents.

We are particularly interested in attracting individuals from an information technology, systems and process change management and business transformation background.
