Hyde Group is one of the UK’s largest housing providers, working across London, the South East, East Anglia and the East Midlands.  With a turnover of £450m and 50,000 homes under management, Hyde provides services to more than 100,000 customers including 75,000 tenants, 5,000 leaseholders and 6,500 shared owners and is proud of its reputation for innovation and unerring focus on delivering choice and outstanding service to all of its customers.

Hyde Group is committed to building more than their fair share of the attainable homes that London and the South East needs.  We are recognised as a major developer, with over 8,000 homes to be built over the coming five years across a range of tenures.  We are positioned well as the lead in a range of strategic partnerships and have recently been recognised as Homebuilder of the Year at the UK Housing Awards.

Having recently celebrated our 50th anniversary year we are proud of our rich history but importantly we are very excited and inspired about what the future holds.  We know what we want to achieve; to be an exemplar in certain key areas including being customer driven, building safety and the Green Agenda, creating ever more homes with external co-investment and to be recognised as a leader in Data and Information Governance.  This ambition is what drives us as an organisation and the transformation we are going through is substantial, reshaping the business and helping meet changing customer demands.

Our aims and ambition are clear, and we are determined to deliver. To help us on our journey we are looking for a Head of Information Governance. This role is responsible to lead on all organisation wide Information Governance activity, embedding policies, standards, rules, processes and technologies within our newly established information governance framework. As Head of Information Governance, you will be the key person responsible for effectively managing Hyde’s data. You will be extremely business facing working closely with service leaders to embed the data strategy and drive business decisions.

This is a pivotal role in helping us become a truly brilliant business. We want do-ers, proactive individuals who step forward in the face of challenges, inspire others and make it easy for them to take action.  We want professional people, people who aspire to be part of a brilliantly run social business who will take tough decisions and relish the challenges that face them.  We want ambitious people, those who see no limits to what we and our customers can achieve.  And we want people who are open to dealing with the real issues, to new ways of solving problems, to other points of view and to best practice from others.  At Hyde we see a future where everybody works together towards social prosperity.  It’s a future that promises to create a great home for everyone.
