Leeds Cares is the official charity partner of Leeds Teaching Hospitals, dedicated to supporting the provision of exceptional healthcare for everyone in Leeds, across Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.

We are now seeking a new Director of Fundraising to join our senior leadership team and to lead and inspire our fundraising team to deliver our aspirational targets to meet our growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in a vibrant and exciting city, with one of the largest teaching hospital trusts in the country delivering pioneering work.

You will be a fundraiser with a strong track record in leading teams to deliver stretching targets. You will be someone who invests in meaningful and sustainable relationships and you will bring the ability to influence and collaborate across complex organisations. Strong communication and relationship skills will be critical as the role will require you to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers, clinicians and other hospital staff, key donors, businesses, community supporters and volunteers.
