Our new Executive Director of Strategy & Corporate Affairs will provide visible and professional leadership, inspiring a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will also work with our partners across the region, to influence and shape the future of health and care services as we seek to provide a more integrated offer to our population.
You will be experienced working at, or close, to Board level, with a track record of developing and delivering high quality strategic plans, delivering transformation, quality improvement and innovation in health and care service delivery.
Comfortable in shaping the strategic direction of an organisation and liaising with stakeholders at the highest level; your approachable and inclusive style will allow you to engage and empower both our staff and service users. Most of all you will share our values and commitment to being outstanding in all we do.
