Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP) is a newly established social enterprise and is a collaboration between a group of local charities and social enterprises all working towards reversing rising trend of homeless people in Kirklees and to deliver housing support services. Working with Kirklees Council, these organisations deliver a range of services to support people with a range of needs from homeless or at immediate risk of becoming homeless, mental health or substance misuse issues, victims of domestic violence, ex-offenders as well as other groups.  KBOP is supported by Bridges Fund Management, a market leading social investor.

We are now seeking a new Managing Director which is a pivotal role in continuing our journey to reduce homelessness and improve the lives of those most vulnerable.  This is a unique and exciting opportunity to design, develop and deliver an innovative programme that supports around 6,000 vulnerable people across Kirklees helping them to secure suitable accommodation and giving them the skills required to sustain these tenancies independently over time. You will be to mobilise and deliver the programme, drive continuous improvement across the service, set the strategy for the programme, and manage key stakeholder relationships, including with Kirklees Council, the service commissioner.  Along with the opportunity to develop and expand the service, working in close collaboration with our key stakeholders.

As an excellent leader with empathy and a pragmatic approach, you will have the freedom to embed our new strategy and achieving aspirational outcomes for vulnerable people in Kirklees. We are excited to hear from individuals who have experience of the homelessness or related sectors and a track record of delivering programmes and services, including performance managing the delivery providers (payment-by-results or SIB experience desirable).
