We are looking to attract a new Director of Housing and Maintenance to join our senior team. You will be joining an excellent team committed to maximising our impact whilst creating a high performing and business minded culture. This is a key role so, as well as displaying considerable leadership credentials you will bring substantial property and housing management capability. You will be responsible for continuing to transform what is a significant part of our business and enable us to create truly customer focused repairs, maintenance and compliance services for our residents through effective contract management of our Direct Labour Organisation and other third-party suppliers.
