Alongside our growth plans we’ve embarked on a major transformation programme to modernise and improve our focus on customer service. We are investing in new, state of the art IT systems and in developing our people to increase quality and choice across all that we do.

Our aims and ambition are clear, and we are determined to ensure a focus on customer service. We are now looking for a Head of Governance, a key role in our organisation. The Governance Team has been created to deliver a high quality, professional, customer-focussed service to the Group. It will deliver a step-change in performance in its areas of responsibility with the objective of supporting delivery of the 2018/23 corporate plan and protecting the Group’s reputation. 

We are looking for someone with significant experience in senior governance roles within a complex and fast-moving business, ideally in the third/public sector though this is not essential. You will need the ability to manage senior relationships at board and executive level, adding more value to the wider corporate picture, and experience of working closely with a range of stakeholders.
