At One Housing we create places that people call home and support them to live well.
We are a London-based housing association with over 16,000 homes across London and the South East. This is a very exciting time to be joining One Housing. We are long term investors building for the future with plans to develop over 5,000 homes over the next few years. We’re also a large-scale and widely recognised provider of care and support and have a strong focus on homelessness, training and social mobility.
Alongside our growth plans we’ve embarked on a major transformation programme to modernise and improve our focus on customer service. We are investing in new, state of the art IT systems and in developing our people to increase quality and choice across all that we do.
Our aims and ambition are clear, and we are determined to ensure a focus on customer service. We are now looking for a Head of Governance, a key role in our organisation. The Governance Team has been created to deliver a high quality, professional, customer-focussed service to the Group. It will deliver a step-change in performance in its areas of responsibility with the objective of supporting delivery of the 2018/23 corporate plan and protecting the Group’s reputation.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in senior governance roles within a complex and fast-moving business, ideally in the third/public sector though this is not essential. You will need the ability to manage senior relationships at board and executive level, adding more value to the wider corporate picture, and experience of working closely with a range of stakeholders.
One Housing Group is a fascinating organisation delivering a broad range of services to its valued customers. We are working hard to achieve our corporate goals and it is a great time to join us and be an integral part of the business as we make this happen.
For a confidential discussion about the role please call Rosie Gunn on 020 7426 3998.
