The Crown Estate Paving Commission is the custodian of a part of the valuable cultural heritage that is Regent’s Park. We are looking for a new Director to join us at a pivotal time in our 200-year history and require an experienced senior operational leader with a demonstrable interest or passion for what we do, to lead a small, multi-disciplinary team through a period of transformation and change. You must be an accomplished operational leader with strong financial acumen and experience of managing a small team of both professionals and staff in a small, tight-knit environment.

Engaging with a wide range of external stakeholders is also a key part of this role; as the Director of the CEPC you will engage with Camden and Westminster Councils, The Royal Parks, The Crown Estate and with our 800 rate payers and will bring proven experience of adeptly managing relationships in your career to date.  You will also work closely with the Commissioners, who are ultimately responsible for the organisation.

This is a crucial role that requires someone with good relationship building skills to manage the operations of a unique organisation.
