Health and Care Space Newham is an exciting new partnership between Newham Council and East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). Established in 2018, Health and Care Space Newham was set up to acquire, develop and operate new health care facilities and key worker housing in the borough of Newham. This is a new development model that will change the way health and social care services are delivered to our residents.

We are now looking for a Managing Director to lead and shape the next stage of the company’s development schemes and its acquisition programmes. You will be a proven leader who is an expert in property and development with strong and effective stakeholder management skills. Our Managing Director will work across a collaborative partnership board, the London Borough of Newham, East London Foundation Trust and their wider partners in the health sector, so you will be able to demonstrate familiarity with similar organisations.

Health and Care Space Newham will play an important role in developing new facilities in Newham’s communities, bringing services closer to residents and supporting future regeneration of the area. This is a truly exciting and advanced model and this role requires an outstanding and enthusiastic professional with the right balance of commercial acumen and strong sense of social purpose.
