Kisharon is an award-winning learning disability organisation offering high quality services to support people with multiple complex needs. From our nursery provision, Tuffkid, through to our Free School, as well as Adult Services which offer employment opportunities through to our innovative Social Enterprises – we strive to create a world where people with learning difficulties have the same opportunities as everyone else.

We are in a process of continued transformation, looking at new opportunities to grow and develop our services to meet the needs of those we serve whilst at the same time ensuring our high standards continually improve.

Now is an exciting time to join as our new Director of Operations and Development. We need an inspirational, strategic leader who brings a track record of growing and delivering   exceptional quality services in a commercially competitive environment. Delivering value for money as well as charitable impact is important to us and you will share this ethos.

Values permeate everything we do, drawing on our Jewish culture and heritage, and we place relationships at the heart of everything we do, which extends to our staff, the people we support and their families and carers, and our partners. We emphasise a person-centred approach, and as such you will be sensitive to the cultural, religious and all other aspects of the lives of the individuals we support and will be experienced at building strong and productive relationships across a range of stakeholders.

Kisharon takes great pride in our multicultural workforce and encourages applicants from every background.
