We have created a new role of Director of Development and Sales with the aim of further strengthening our team. This role, reporting into the Executive Director, is integral to our growth strategy and will be key in also managing the sales risk of our large shared ownership programme.
You should be an ambitious, ‘can do’ individual with a strong commercial skill set and ideally have experience of working in the Affordable Housing sector and low-cost-home-ownership. You will have had exposure to a wide range of development models including land-led schemes, joint ventures and property sales. You will have worked at a senior level in a substantial organisation with a track record of successful delivery of a complex development portfolio, in a strongly collaborative environment.
You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and be involved in developing wider business strategy and planning in support of our evolving business strategy. Whilst we want an expert who can build on the good work we are already doing, we would like you to be a leader in terms of our business overall and add real value by working with others to ensure the best outcome for Moat and its valued customers.
This role will be based out of head office located in Dartford, Kent.
