Southern Housing Group
At Southern Housing Group, we pride ourselves on living our values - working together, doing the right things and getting things done. We are a business with social objectives, and we are committed to delivering a full range of homes including social housing. We exist to provide high quality homes for people in housing need and to make our customers' and their communities' lives better.
This is an exciting time for the Group and the sector. Over the next decade, we will be investing more than £2.4 billion in the supply of new homes with the majority of these being affordable for households on low incomes to rent or buy.
Alongside our growth plans we’ve embarked on a major transformation programme to modernise the way we work, increase our focus on customer service, investing in latest business systems technology and in developing our people to increase quality and choice across all that we do.
This is why we see IT as a key enabler to help us transform the way we go about our business. It will help to change how we interact with our customers by creating an environment which empowers them to contact us and provide feedback in a way which better suits them. It also means that colleagues can access timely relevant information which means making better informed decisions and delivering excellent customer service every time.
To help us on this journey, we are looking to recruit an IT Transformation Director. This is a newly created role in our management structure. The successful candidate will come with a track record of delivering complex IT projects as promised to stakeholders. You will be instrumental in shaping our approach to IT, delivering our corporate IT strategy and providing a great service to both customers and colleagues across Southern Housing Group.
We want to hear from people with a desire to proactively take a business forward and who can take others on the journey with them. We are looking for a leader with excellent internal customer and stakeholder management experience and who wants to play a key role in our brilliantly run social business This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person who shares our purpose and values to lead the organisations IT Transformation programme and join a growing and forward-thinking organisation.
