Our 20,000 properties, which are spread over the North, East and South of the country, are home to over 35,000 people. To assist us on our journey and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of Digital Innovation who can help us fundamentally change the way we deliver our business and maximise the use of our data to better shape our services. We want to transform the way we go about our business, how we interact with our customers, creating an environment where staff and customers are enabled to take more responsibility and help them to make the choices which are right for them. This is a pivotal role in helping us become a truly brilliant business.
