Paradigm Housing Group
Paradigm Housing Group is one of the South-East’s leading housing providers, managing around 15,000 homes across 33 local authorities. Headquartered near Beaconsfield, we are both a charity and Registered Social Landlord, employing over 450 people. We have a clear and ambitious view of where we are as an organisation and where we need to get to; providing more homes for people who need them.
This is a very exciting time to be joining Paradigm. Our objective is that Paradigm should be an exemplar organisation in our sector, and we have ambitious plans for growth based on establishing a sound commercial and financial footing and driving efficiency and best practice across the business.
As we continue delivering our strategy, we recognise the need to invest in our central support capability. We are looking for a committed and experienced individual to lead our core operating finance function, to help create a true business partner approach with all areas of the Group. We want to create a high-performance culture, in line with our core values and is underpinned with clear direction and training, providing the business with processes, systems and an environment where we can all excel. It’s a big role responsible for a significant part of our finance function including: receipts, rents, income collection, payroll and related controls for the Group as a whole.
You should be an ambitious, ‘can do’ individual with a strong commercial skill set. You will have had exposure to significant change programmes, including the implementation of new finance systems, be working at a senior level in a substantial organisation and bring a track record of successful delivery in a strongly collaborative environment. You will have had experience and success working within an organisation that has its technical complexities within Finance. At the same time, you will recognise that in order to drive key and long-lasting improvements, you need to deploy your considerable interpersonal and leadership skills to bring people with you through change.
This is a great opportunity to join us at a time when you can have a real and personal impact on determining our future direction. At Paradigm, whilst we work hard, we offer an attractive range of benefits and encourage everyone to grow with us. We welcome applicants from all sections of the communities we work in.
For an informal confidential discussion, please contact our advisers Rachel Cox on 0113 205 6068, Rosie Gunn on 020 7426 3998 or Simon Wing on 020 7426 3976.
