An award-winning housing association with over 40 years’ experience of providing affordable homes, Network Homes owns and manages 20,000 homes across London, Hertfordshire and the South East. Our vision and purpose are very clear: to open up possibilities for as many people as we can, by continuing to grow a forward-thinking, service driven and financially strong organisation that builds, sells, rents and manages good homes in thriving communities.

We work on the principle that we can and must do everything possible within our resources to solve the housing crisis. As an organisation we have growth plans and strategic objectives to support this. We want to build quality homes and great places, because we believe that good homes make everything possible. Network Homes is financially secure. In recent years, as well as the consistent revenue streams from the traditional affordable homes for rent we own, the housing market for our homes for sale has been strong, driven by high demand and insufficient housing supply. Every penny of the surplus we make each year is reinvested into the business. We use our money to reinvest in our social objectives, delivering more homes and seeking to improve our services year on year.

We are looking to attract a new Executive Director of Finance to join our senior team.  You will be joining a team committed to maximising our impact whilst creating a high performing and business minded culture.  This is a key role so as well as displaying considerable leadership credentials you will bring substantial strategic finance capability, with a sharp focus on financial stability for the organisation.

We want a true professional, someone who aspires to be part of a well-run social business, who is not afraid to take tough decisions, who is collegiate in their approach and keen to always do what needs doing.  We want ambition, someone with high standards, willing to find new ways of solving problems, to continuously improve, open to other points of view and to best practice from others.  At Network Homes we see a future where everybody works together towards social prosperity.  It’s a future that promises to create a great home for everyone.

For a confidential discussion, please contact our adviser Rosie Gunn on 020 7426 3998, Simon Wing on 020 7426 3976 or Tim Hills on 0113 205 6085.
